Perfect No.TEN Martini
60ml Tanqueray No.TEN
7.5ml Noilly Prat Vermouth
Fill the cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and stir in both liquids slowly for two minutes to ensure the martini is chilled and well diluted, double strain and serve in a frozen martini glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel garnish.
Contains 2.9 units of alcohol.
Blackberry, Elderflower and Apple Martini
50ml Tanqueray No.TEN
10ml St Germain
5ml rose liquer
5ml blackberry & elderflower tea
Half a fresh apple
Muddle the apple with St Germain in the bottom of the cocktail shaker, shake with the rest of the ingredients and double strain in a martini glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
Contains 3 units of alcohol.
Fig & Chamomile Martini
50ml Tanqueray No.TEN
5ml fig liquer
5ml chamomile liquer
15ml chamomile tea
10ml honey water
10ml lemon juice
Half a fresh fig
Shake all in the ingredients into the cocktail shaker and strain into the martini glass. Granish with a split fig.
Contains 2.8 units of alcohol.
